Fixed charge
Most companies charge a call out fee and then an hourly rate for the repair - this means that you will not know how much the final charge will be until the engineer has finished repairing your printer.
With Printer Repairs, you will know how much the repair will cost as soon as you place the call. The only extra charge will be for spare parts if they are needed, and the engineer will let you know how much any parts will cost before he fits them. The decision to fit any parts is entirely yours.
If you have more than one printer to be repaired all extra printers are charged at a fixed rate of only £39. Our engineers are all fully trained and experienced, and all repairs are guaranteed. We are Hewlett Packard HP Laserjet printer maintenance specialists.
Should any parts be required we will always explain the reason why they’re needed, show you the faulty or old part and only proceed with your approval.
